AI Features and Third-Party AI Services

VocaLingo uses third-party artificial intelligence services, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, xAI, ElevenLabs, MiniMax, and video-processing providers, to provide core functionality such as speech-to-text, text-to-speech, translation, video dubbing, AI chat, and text analysis.

AI-generated responses:

• May contain inaccuracies
• Should not be treated as professional advice
• Are provided for educational purposes only

When you use AI-powered features, your content (text inputs, audio recordings, and AI prompts) may be transmitted to and processed by the following third-party providers:

• OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and xAI — for AI chat, translation, and text generation
• ElevenLabs and MiniMax — for text-to-speech and voice processing
• FAL AI / HeyGen — for video dubbing and video processing

By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your content by these third-party AI providers. We do not transmit personally identifiable information to AI providers. Data is processed temporarily and is not stored permanently by AI providers.

You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

Subscriptions and Payments

The Service may offer:

• Paid subscriptions
• One-time purchases

Payments are processed by:

• Apple
• Google
• Stripe

Billing terms, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the respective payment provider's policies.

We do not store payment card information.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account or payment provider.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

Intellectual Property
